We build a transparent marketplace that also makes room for social impact: fair CHF rates, optional volunteer pricing, and local matching.

Volunteering: sitters can set CHF 0/h for community help or charitable work; the same tools support professional paid care.

Wellbeing: regular walks and time with animals support healthy routines and can ease stress and low mood — we help families find help close to home.

Climate: choosing someone on the map favours shorter trips than crossing half the canton by car — fewer unnecessary kilometres and lower CO₂ for the same visit.

We continue to invest in trust & safety and to improve search and matching — including smarter relevance with responsible AI over time, with people staying in control of decisions.

We deliberately made the launch free: this helps us gather verified sitters and owners across cantons faster — including sitters who choose a volunteer rate at CHF 0/h. No monthly charges or "lifetime" subscriptions at this stage.

When paid options for owners appear, we plan prices below typical large competitors. For sitters, what matters most: we take no commission from completed work — the platform does not take a share of your fee.

For pet owners

We originally planned a premium around 15 CHF/month — without subscriptions in the traditional sense (no automatic monthly charges). You now get this level of functionality free for an extended, currently unlimited period — until we actively grow our sitter base. We will notify you in advance of any changes.

For sitters the platform is completely free: profile, map and current tools — no hidden fees. We take no percentage from completed orders — you complete the work, receive payment from the client without platform deductions. Position in the map list depends on when you registered (earlier = higher); there is no paid ranking boost.

Early supporters

Lifetime premium (crowdfunding)

We are preparing a limited lifetime premium for early supporters — separate from the regular subscription once paid plans go live.

If you choose it, your payment helps fund marketing, outreach, and growing the verified sitter base across Switzerland. You are buying access to premium features for the life of the product as defined in the offer — not shares, not a financial investment, and not equity.

On the map page, in the sidebar list by default, those who registered first are at the top (by profile creation date; in case of tie — by ID). New entries appear lower. This order is preserved until the user enables "closest to map centre" sorting.
